I know it's not quite PC to buy boxes of cut up fruit, but I'd struggle to eat six different types of fruit if I bought them all individually. To stop me gorging on cheesecake or trifle etc I bought a box in M&S, and I think other supermarkets do the same (ie melon free) - but why no melon? It's not a common allergen as far as I'm aware...
No probs, scorpiojo. I've also asked on FB and apparently there was a salmonella scare on cut up melon in the US, but of course -this isn't the US, and this must have been a 'thing' for a while if it's got to the shops.
Murraymints, do you think it's a digestive matter, or packaging?
