Have just gone to pour the batter into the 12 section tray but can’t find it anywhere. Hubby has confessed he threw it out last week! So I’ve no choice but to make one big one in a baking tray. Never done it. Any Tips??

I use one of those heart shaped cake tins for large Yorkshire puds, with olive oil, which I think makes them just a bit tastier.
They rise just fine - anyway you've seen mine...

I bought some really cheap silicone muffin moulds and they're great for Yorkshire puddings, no sticking bits!
Thanks Rocky. Guess what's for dinner tomorrow!! I will have to use a shallow meat loaf tin.
You might need to use less eggs, depending on how big the tin is. I use 4 eggs (and adjust the volume of the other ingredients), in a normal sized roasting tin. I use 2 eggs in a muffin tin that gives me 6 individual yorkies.
A giant one with sausages, mushrooms, salad potatoes, gravy and anything else you want to add.
Thinking about it, Sharon. Use the same measuring spoon that you use for the milk, to measure your flour. So 180ml of flour. I think the ml and grams should be the same, but just incase they are off, we don’t want you getting flat, stodgy yorkies, do we.
pour some oil into the baking tray smow, into the oven with it while you mix your batter. You want the oil as hot as possible, if it's smoking a bit even better. Gently pour the mixture in, it will be half cooked before you put it back in the oven.
The sad thing for me is I'm the only one in my household that loves a good Yorkshire Pud.

Mmmmm Yorkie Pud, roast rare beef, lashings of gravy, made from the meat juices of course, roast spud, peas.
I'm salivating with the thought.
Traditional Sunday lunch oz! Followed by apple pie and custard, all home made of course.
Apple and Blackberry pies it was for us.

All hand picked and homemade.

Hmm, feeling rather melancholy now.

Make two and have the second one with golden syrup and custard
Good idea!
If you needed to follow with dessert you obviously didn't get enough Yorkshire pudding.
