Iceland also do packs of 4 frozen steam bags. Treat like rice or couscous...add herbs and spices, fry in butter or olive oil. To make your own, just whizz raw florets in a food processor or blender. The same can be done with broccoli

Cauliflower bread crumbs.

It's just grated cauliflower, dipped for a few seconds in boiling water. Rather nice and very easy to do. I use it often.
