mcdonalds toasted deli sandwiches

has anyone tried one of these? are they any good?

i'm trying to work out what i want for lunch and after seeing the adverts i'm tempted to try them out.

or alternatively, how about burger king baguettes?

I was quite supprised how good they were. Not too keen on the BK ones though.

my daughter has one whenever she has a McDonalds, she has the cheese,ham and pepperoni and it smells gorgeous, she says it is delicious, I am tempted to have the veggie melt one next time. The BK baguettes, I found a little on the small side (maybe I'm just a pig!) and not as tasty as I thought they would be.

They're better than i was expecting and the salad tasted fresh but like all McDonalds food it just didnt fill me up. �3 and i came out hungrier than when i went in. They're worth trying though as McD's dont change their menu very often.

You'd be better off supporting a local business and getting a sarnie or jacket potato! McDonalds are hideous, and have SUCH a mark-up on their "food".

nine times out of ten i DO support a local business and get my lunch from a nice little sarnie shop round the corner.

i apologise for wanting a little variety in my life!
