I've just tucked in to a Christmas cake I bought for Christmas day.
Also opened a bottle of Amarula :0)

I bought some cherry chocolate liquers fairly recently to put away for Christmas, three days later I'd ate the lot! Bought some more today, let's see how long they last ..

Well unless you count the seven or eight boxes of Aldi mince pies....the sloe gin ones are delicious.....and then there's the fudge....and one bottle of special wine just to make sure it's good enough.... and one box of Ferrero Rocher.....x

Goodness me, I was just this minute thinking that maybe I could have a cheeky Cheeselet tonight. I only buy them at Christmas and I've bought two big drums of Christmas tree shaped Cheeselets. Far too many for Christmas, so I should spread them out.

See this is why I normally buy things a bit nearer the day, but the crowds of shoppers have picked up considerably, and I was worried some items might sell out.

Need to make sure Santa is happy with his mince pie and sherry so you must do taste test. Will not bother tasting rudolfs carrot but always half eaten on Christmas morning lol
