I’ve just made an oven roasted ratatouille of sorts, using up the last of the veg which has been lingering in the fridge..bendy courgettes, leeks well past their best, eight large tomatoes going very soft, a couple of large onions, and three cubed potatoes..so that’s our evening meal sorted.
Followed by a bread and butter pud, also made using up bits and bobs..stale bread, old ish eggs, dried fruit not used in the Christmas pud, and half a pot of elmlea which has been hanging around. The only fresh ingredient in all of this was milk.
Anyone got any ideas how to use up a load of cheese, all varieties??
