I’m going to do a chorizo pasta that’s seasoned with Cajun spices - what bread-based side dish can I serve with it (boy #1 is eating me out of house and home with all of his training).

Ok, I’ll go with garlic bread - didn’t know if the flavours would clash. Thought Cajun was more Mexican.

Good call mamya - garlic and spicey (also having to do soft food as boy #2 has had his braces tightened again and his teeth really hurt this time).
Ouch, poor lad.
Oh Sherrardk didn't realise that so maybe some sort of soft bread would be better as mamma suggested.

You weren’t to know - he’s got an eye test tomorrow, braces and glasses are not a good look for a 15 year old (bless him).
I’d buy a giant sized tiger bread loaf (or two) and just cut it into great doorsteps, boys of that age just need filling and tiger bread is very soft, lovely spread with butter.
Bread & Butter Pudding for dessert? Lashings of cream, Cornish cream or crème anglaise naturally.....
