Like it or hate it?
Do you have a favourite flavour or recipe?
I've just started making it. White choc and cranberry is current favourite.

Toffee (aka Tablet) - in the microwave
1lb Caster Sugar (or light brown sugar)
2oz butter
tin of condensed milk (400g tin)
(based on 900w microwave)
Microwave for 3mins
Stir
Microwave 6-7mins (7 for caster, 6 for light brown), stiring when it boils up (brown doesn't boil up as much as caster)
Add vanilla (for caster sugar version if desired)
Add 100g white chocolate (for brown sugar if desired)
Beat 2mins and pour (if adding chocolate it will get thicker faster and sets quicker)
