Ideas For Rhubarb

I've been given a bag if rhubarb and I have a couple of hours, some flour sugar, but no eggs. Any suggestions?

You could stew the rhubarb and keep to make something later. I love stewed rhubarb with yoghurt poured over or made into a crumble.

Simply stewed (microwave with no additional water) then stirred into thick Greek-style yoghurt, when you can get some.

I probably will do a crumble. mr M isnt keen, just the thought of rhubarb makes his teeth hurt, let alone with yoghurt, but I'd eat it!

Jam is a good idea, but I'm not sure I have the skills or the jars. Keep ideas coming I need some inspiration.

Awww microwave it .... not done that before. I'll try a stick. Would I chop it a little? how long should I microwave it.

Any ice cream in, stew some and have with ice cream. Wish someone would give me some.

Chop into 1 inch pieces, glass bowl, cover and blast for a few minutes....stir and repeat....keep an eye on it. Add sugar after microwaving.
