Anybody give me some ingredients for a good green smoothie. Did google but there are a variety so just wondered if anybody on here has a good recipe. thanks

I juice an apple, spinach, watercress, rocket and broccoli.

It tastes nice though.

Coconut milk is full of potassium and is good for you.

Sorry, I meant the water is good for you, not the canned milk
...coconut water keeps you hydrated (like tap water) and has plenty of potassium (like a banana). Otherwise, it's all unsubstantiated hype....
Yes, but it tastes better than water. Same with smoothie though, you could just eat the stuff you put in a smoothie.
Ummmm, I take it you are not talking about juicing which does not require added liquid.

well am not too fond of eating my greens but know I will get them down me via a smoothie easy enough.
You could try creamed coconut...available in a block form. A spoonful or 2 of that would be nice without the fat etc of the milk. Full fat Greek yogurt would also work. Avocado is another option.
But don't be afraid of fat...its not all bad.
pasta...block creamed coconut is 67% fat....most of it (nine-tenths) is saturated.
Danny, surely that depends on the consistency you want.
ummmm, yes. I prefer juice to be juice.
Any drink that is green (unless it's medicine) should be avoided.
