what do the instructions suggest.
microwave is easier, break the haggis down into smaller pieces/chunks then cover and cook. or cut haggis into slices and cook in oven crispier that way.
I'd boil/simmer. I've read of tough haggis due to microwaving. I think it benefits from the steam.
Microwaving is fine as long as you don't overcook it (which dries it out).
I should just flush it, if I were you.
I'd simmer it too.
Only after it's been passed.

I’ve got it on the hob in a pan of simmering water for 45 min
Traditional haggis with skin rather than plastic covering should be boiled and definitely not microwaved.
Enjoy TD.
I have always boiled then simmered the Haggis wrapped in foil. Beware when cutting through the plastic covering. Very Hot liquid is likely to squirt out. Painful.
I just had to run into the kitchen to make sure I have foil...it's all wrapped now. ;))
I'd also suggest people try roasting (gently) in tinfoil - it gives a different end product, but by no means an inferior one.
I roast mine as well. Lush

What do i do with the left overs???

If I fridge it can it then be eaten cold?

Could I fry it in the morning for breakfast?
I'd definitely fry it, especially with cooked spuds if there's any hanging about. Fried egg on top. Jub.
I've frozen the leftovers...though I eat them cold also.
Fried egg as said, or throw an egg or 2 in the same pan and make a scramble with shallots or onions.
Foil-wrap then steam is my method.
I need haggis, and I need it now!
Never had haggis......never will.
