I would like to purchase a gas grill and hob, but with an electric oven, any ideas where I can get one?

However, I'd suggest getting a Dual Fuel oven- gas hob and electric oven. This would result in an electric grill though. I have this type and I have no problem with it- Just leave the oven door ajar so the bacon/sausages/toast under the grill doesn't get to damp and steamy.
Try www.callde.co.uk. Big list of cookers there, or call them and ask, but you may not find that specification without a sepearate wall mounted grill. A commercial unit will cost around 500 as a gas salamander. (Electric units start from 180). Trawl the web for suppliers like Nisbetts, or you could possibly source one from a commercial equipment auction company. Several on the web, and they clear units from factories and cafes, etc. that are closing, so most of the kit is pretty fair value. (Do not put an extractor over a wall grill, especially running on gas by the way).
I assume you're looking for a modern built-in model?
Until five years ago I had a "Cannon 50/50" white stand alone cooker with a foldaway Gas Grill, gas hob and automatic electric oven. It lasted 30 years, was marvellous and I bitterly regret the day I disposed of it for my new fitted kitchen with a built-in oven and electric grill which is hopeless. I don't know whether Cannon still make them, or an updated version. I know these models are not fashionable nowadays but If I could dig up the Council Disposal tip to get it back, I would happily do so.
