17 year old granddaughter did my shopping today. She really did well but I asked for 2 bananas. She got me two bags about 12 bananas. Apart from banana icecream which I love but OH doesn't. I don't know what to do with them all. We do have one each a week on top of a bowl of cereal.
Any ideas what I can do with them.

They don't keep very long. Give them away?
One each a week? Have one each a day. Nice sliced or squashed down on toast.
Banana muffins....
What Patsy said. I had that very thing this morning, braw. :-)
Make banana bread?
If I'm not mistaken, they can be frozen. Then use for smoothies. Personally I'd make banana cake.
I'd just eat them. One each for breakfast either on toast or cereal. Next day, one each as banana custard or banana and ice cream for dessert, next day one each raw after lunch or as a mid morning snack. Thats six gone. Have a day off and do the same again for three days, or if they are over ripe by then, make a banana cake.
Make 12 Vegan Cupcakes.

Delicious.

Piece and banana?
One each a week isnt very much. We have always had one each every day.
Banana split
banana and custard.
banana and semolina,
banana sandwich
banana with a sandwich for lunch
or give a pack back to your grand daughter to take home with her.
sorted!
Banana butties are wonderful.
Squashy nana’s release the sugar in them so be careful any diabetics out there x
Ladybirder .. is there any liquid included in that recipe.
I do like the sound of it.
Just going to eat one, used to love crushed banana sandwiches with a bit of sugar as a kid.
typical, i usually eat a banana a day but they're like hen's teeth round these parts at the moment

No alava. I thought exactly the same as you when the recipe was given to me. It is the moisture from the ripe bananas that holds the mixture together. I always put them in last after I've mixed everything else. No naughty sugar, no fat, they are delicious and enjoyed by everyone, not just my vegan friends. Have a go and enjoy. x
If you’re not sure what to do with them right now, and don’t fancy baking etc at the moment, freeze them anyway and you can use them when you feel like it. Banana loaf, and banana ice cream, are the way we use up defrosted bananas.
I can get nanas at local shop, lots on shelves, my ex boss, a semi ex professional footballer used to swear by them as part of his daily food box.
