I can only seem to find one web site for Jamacian cooking,can anybody offer any help.Also what are escallions? Are they onions and can grey (pigeon) peas be used instead of gungo peas? Thanks

I believe that pigeon peas are gungo peas and escallions are green onions or what I call spring onions, the long thin ones. Start your search with "recipes" then one or two ingredient words, this works well for me.
