Frozen Pizza

i foolishly left my husband to put the shopping away yesterday. Anyway, he put the frozen pizza in th =e fridge. Will it still be ok to cook today do you think?

I prefer frozen pizza defrosted before I cook it, I think it cooks better.

Yes its fine to defrost and cook, just not to refreeze
