I am very fond of tea and have been reading about this. Anyone tried it, if so would you recommend it?

What I could never work out was whether 'one cup' tea bags were meant to be stronger or weaker than tea bags you used to make a pot.
The general idea of EBT is that the tea is blended to provide the sort of boost to the system that comes from coffee. It's generally more robust in flavour than some of the fancier Ceylon & Assam teas, which might be described as 'delicate'. That said, there are cheap EBTs (often red or brown label) as well as higher quality versions. Another aspect is how much tea you use per cup, or whether you just chuck in a tea bag. (I'm old enough to believe that decent tea requires pouring boiling-hot water onto tea in a pre-heated teapot & letting the tea brew for a while.)
