Is that a pressure cooker? Try this. I haven't made the dal myself but I have had it in ITC (Indian version of Sheraton) hotels in Delhi etc. You won't find dal like that in this country. https://www.vegrecipesofindia.com/dal-bukhara-recipe-dal-recipes/
