I know that Cask/Keg beer has a 'best before' date or 'Sell by' date, but are there any laws pertaining to the supply or sale of out of date beer?


Can a licensee get pulled up on this legally?

Yes, in exactly the same way that a supermarket can get prosecuted for selling an out-of-date packet of bacon.
