I'm having salmon fillet tray bake. It's in the oven, looks quite nice.

Salmon here too...marinated in lime juice, cumin and chipotle paste, creamy courgetti...spring onion,garlic, cream cheese.

We had leek ,cheese and bacon crustless quiche with a garden salad made from red lettuce,baby bok choi,baby swiss chard leaves,radishes and lemon balm leaves (all from the garden) with a honey lemon & olive oil dressing. No dessert as of yet but will probably raid the freezer for icecream later on.
