The two contestants were guys who run a christmas pudding making company. They spoke about a cranberry and orange one that they make. Anyone know what their company is called, or seen this type of pudding for sale.

I've spent ages doing web searches to try to answer this question. I might have the answer you want - and, then again, I might not!

I found a German website which states that an Essex firm, Coles, makes these puddings. I found several other references to Coles being a specialist in making all sorts of Christmas puddings. I found various links, many of them dead, which were meant to lead to the relevant product. At the end of the day, I ended up with this:
http://www.colestrad.com/
That's the website for Coles but it seems that it hasn't been updated since 2002! After all of this, I strongly suspect that this is the company which you're looking for but, annoyingly, I can't prove it (because the site doesn't list the pudding you require!).
Try a phone call (01799 531053) to see if they sell the pudding you want (and please accept my apologies if I've wasted your time!).

Chris

Try Marks and Spencers. I'm sure thay a C & O pudding. 4.99. Might not be by the same company but worth trying.

And try an email enquiry to Howard Wilkinson at: [email protected] Makes specialist christmas puddings and might be able to help. Offers post service to anywhere....

The company's called 'Cole's Traditional Foods' and is based in Saffron Walden. Their website is http://www.christmaspudding.com/. (all .co.uk domains are dead ends as previously mentioned)
BTW, there was also a brief feature about this company on BBC Look East tonight.
