Who Cleans Nigella's Pan?

they always look as if they are brand new - highly polished whether they are stainless-steel or copper.

Comments or advice on keeping them in such 'photographic-worthy' condition....??

Mally - invest in a stoneware frying pan they're worth every penny. I have burnt stuff in mine and after a bit of a soak it is like new

If you're a proper cook you don't care about baked on gunge on the outside of the pan. Nigella isn't a proper cook.

Of course they are new pans. I have never seen her show but I suspect that the pans are provided by a company as 'advertising'. Probably taken home by the crews after if they are any good.

Mally sorry only just seen your reply. The frying pans are slightly heavier but I have arthritis in my hand too and can manage them. I got mine in Dunelm so if you have a shop near you you could try lifting one to see x
