Tell Me All About Your Air-Fryer
49 Answers
My wife thinks we should buy one, I'm not so sure.
It would be helpful to know:
The type - basket, paddle, or mini-oven shelf, something else
The meals that you cook in it regularly and how long each meal takes, approximately
The number of people you cook for
How easy it is to clean and use
The make
Are you pleased you bought it?
I know I'm asking a lot and I do appreciate your time

Early days, but so far :-
Ready-made pies (heating up only, from frozen)
Potato Wedges
Chicken pieces (from frozen)
Salmon fillets (from frozen)
... but my [i] pièce de résistance [i] so far is "boiled" eggs. Not really boiled, but air-fried (in the shells) at 200C for 4 minutes. Experimentation with temp and time gives a consistent timing for how you like them.

This is the one we have. It's been brilliant so far. We put frozen chips, fish, scampi, etc in there. It's also a slow cooked, pressure cooker, it steams, sautés, etc. I recently did sliced Aubergines in there for my moussaka. Can't fault it.
