Egg butties for us tonight..grated hard boiled eggs, salad cream, mayo and a bit of English mustard.

My favourites with some chopped spring onion added, no mustard.

Why not, Sharon? It’s easier than chopping them up.
I like mayo instead of butter on the bread and the chopped or mased eggs mixed with butter and s and p. Very nice.
I've spilt more blood while grating than I have when chopping.
I'll save you some, vagus, I always make too much and freeze another 2 meals. I'll be getting the yoghurt out - it's getting hotter.

I do too jourdain, don’t see the point in making just enough for two, for one meal. I currently have three double portions tucked up in the freezer.
Rosie, that’s a really good idea, it’d work well with cold chicken on a sandwich too wouldn’t it?
I cant eat boiled eggs if they are runny .

I cant eat fried eggs unless they are fried on both sides

Don’t fried eggs burst if you fry them on both sides, or is that the point, Baz, no runny ness?

I cant eat a fried egg if it's got a sunny side .
It's got to be fried on both sides

I only eat eggs if the whites are well hidden. I could just about eat a runny yolk...but the white? Nooo!
For that reason, the eggs have to be VERY well mashed for egg mayo.
I've read those very large eggs cause the chicken pain to lay DTC. Why not have two smaller ones?
I add curry powder to egg mayonaise
