Just finished tidying fridge and have a small ham fillet and some chicken fillets needing to be used soon.
What would be a nice way to use them together?
I presume I would need to boil the ham first?

Chicken and ham pie.
Bash the chicken until thin. Wrap it round the ham with some cheese. Dip in a egg wash and breadcrumbs and cook in the oven for 30 mins.
That being said. I’ve no idea what a ham fillet is. I’m presuming it’s already cooked.
Chop them both up quite small, fry with onions and garlic if you like, add either some cream or crème fraiche or philly. Have with pasta, rice or mash.
(I don’t either rocky)
"Ham fillet"...I bet that's a bit of a pig to cook!

Sounds nice Tilly, But I don't do pastry anymore only ready roll, which I don't have .
For Rocky Racoon ..a ham fillet is a piece of boneless ham, this one about 1kilo weight, ready to boil and usually eaten cold with salads or hot with mash and pickle. (In this house anyway)

Vagus, would you recommend the ham to be cooked first
I assumed it was already cooked, but yes, I’d cook/boil it first.
