The instructions on the packet are in French and Dutch, which is not a lot of help in the UK.

Does anyone out there know: (a) can they be cooked from frozen (b) at what temperature and for how long?

Thanks in advance

Pretty much the internet is saying the same thing Supplied as a box of 10 of frozen pieces. Cooking instructions: FROM FROZEN: To oven bake, remove packaging and place in a pre-heated oven (Gas mark 7 or 200c in a conventional oven or 180c in a fan assisted oven) for 25 to 30 minutes. If no one on here can help, maybe put the instructions into Google translate?
The Ocado Picard instructions are as follows

Preparation and Usage
COOKING WITHOUT DEFROSTING

Oven: Preheat oven to 210°C. Place the shells on a tray lined with baking paper. Place crumpled up aluminium foil under the shells to hold it steady. Place it in the oven on the middle shelf and reheat for the indicated amount of time. Traditional oven: 30 min - Fan oven: 25 min

Which is the same as what Redhelen said.
