I had some delicious cranberry and brie crispy wontons which i think were from Tesco....but alas, they have sold out.
I'd therefore like to have a go at making some but i'm not too sure about the pastry. Is it filo pastry or do you use special wonton wraps from Asian supermarkets.
I've had a look on the BBC website and googled wontons but the info is a bit scarce.....has anyone done them themselves before.....if so, please reveal all !!!

Oceanspray Cranberries website has this as well. If you haven't access to the wonton wrappers which are a really fine thin sheet, use filo pastry. Not done this actual version personally, but similar onea and it does work well, so enjoy!
And pass them round here when done too!! Lack of party atmosphere going on. Is everyone watching 'the Italian Job' then??
