umm, somewhere that sells it??
Supermarkets have lots of fruit and my local farmers market has it in abundance.

Veritymoon - look, Boobsesque has the right attitude!! (go Boobsesque, go Boobseque......) Off to your local farmers' market and get the fresh, seasonal stuff. Over 500 in the UK at present and more starting up all the time. Winchester is the biggest with 75+ regular stalls, the majority have 20 or so, and all operate throughout the year. Get a copy of FreeRange Magazine for a list of all the markets, not just the accredited names that some mags have.

Farm shops and home delivery co's will also assist with keeping you up to speed with what is best at any time of the year.

Why the hell do I want to buy apples from China at this time of year, Mr Sainsbury????? Pathetic that so many of the supermarkets rely on sourcing out of season, tasteless, very non-eco (think of the air miles) food.
