Borders Chocolate gingers, especially when they're just beginning to go soft, they're then lovely and a bit chewy. I was given some of Tesco Finest Lemon Shortbread and I wish I'd remembered to buy some now.
There's a skill involved since a bit space needs to be left to hold the biscuit at the top.

I usually have Digestives in the house or Rich Tea. I do occasionally buy custard creams & shortbread. I think my favourite is Digestives.
Rich tea and margarine………….. That’s a deprived childhood .
The only biscuits I enjoy are those with a lump of Roquefort on them washed down with a red Rioja. Savoury Yes. Sweet No.
Jammy Dodgers are great for dunking:0)
I have to add that Hob Nobs have little chance of survival in my abode.
I miss lemon creams which I cannot seem to find anywhere.
I have a packet of peanut cookies waiting which I love too.
Now you're talking, Retro.
Tunnocks tea cakes.. dark choc digestives..jammy dodgers..jaffa cakes !!

Cannot believe it ... an "answer removed" on a biscuit thread!!!
Like others here, I'm a fan of ginger nuts and (specifically like Zebo) Border's Chocolate Gingers. Sticking with ginger though, these are most definitely among my favourite biscuits too:

^^^ Hill's biscuits, as in TW's link, tend not to be on the shelves in big supermarkets for some reason. They're more likely to turn up in discount stores. (B&M, for example, stock some of their range but, alas, not the Lemon Cream variety).

Sharon might find a look at the shelves on the 'Free From' aisle in Asda worthwhile though:

I see a LOT of Hill's biscuits for sale in Farm Foods.
^^^ . . . which I wouldn't class as a 'supermarket', per se, TW.
I wouldn't either.
but it's all about finding what she's looking for.
Hazi RE: Answer removed. I think somebody really got frustrated at a custard cream and vent their disappointment.
