Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) ground turkey mince

1 celery stalk, chopped
1 can (14 oz/400g) crushed tomatoes
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooked pasta of your choice
Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions:

Here is an easy recipe for turkey meat balls in tomato & basil sauce. Not sure if he'd like the sauce though.. :-)

Turkey meat loaf
If herbs are ok, 2 parts mince to one part made up sage and onion stuffing and a chopped red onion. Add a couple of eggs , and mix well, make into a loaf shape ( a largish loaf pan is best pre lined with greased foil)and bake for around 60-70 mins 200 degrees 180 fan oven then check with a skewer. Juices should be clear. If not .give it another 10-15 mins. Rest for 10 mins before slicing.I
If the tribe like cranberries add a generous dollop of cranberry sauce at the mixing stage
