Does anybody know the recipe for jonnie cakes, the good hot ones? My Grandma used to make them when she moved from Barbados so she had ingredients that she brought with her to UK. I been looking everywhere but most of the recipes that i've looked at are the Jamaican ones with ingredients that I could only get if I was to go to Jamaica. I don't plan on going there any time soon, so I just wondered if you knew a recipe where I could buy ingredients from supermarkets.. Thanx
