No

If I didn't have time to cook, definitely.

Question Author

Why would anyone not be able to find the time to cook a turkey. With all the mod cons in kichens now, but you really don't need a mod con to cook a turkey, just an oven that can slow cook it overnight while asleep, or time it to come on early morning.

It's just a crown to start with, so no anyway. That stated, how many is it supposed to serve ?

I enjoy cooking, so no.

Definitely not.

No, I wouldn't, not for just the two of us. Maybe for a family do.

OG. How many does it serve?  That claim on any product cant really be supported in my view.

That doesn't look like a proper crown to me - it seems to be boneless.

This one makes your turkey seem like a bargain

I always buy a crown, Barry.  They are boneless.

There was a program on just this week about M&S Christmas food. Peter Crouch and his wife were promoting the turkey, when they cut into it, it looked more like Bernard Matthews turkey roll rubbish.

I would always be wary of the amount of people things will serve.
what about Boxing Day, next day curry, freezer -( to be used later ) ?🤔

Question Author

A turkey crown is the best way to go if you are to end up throwing away legs and wings. And they take very little cooking, thats why I cant understand anyone paying this much for one. Besides that reheating cooked meat can be a bum burner.<:)

Nothing worse in my opinion than recooked meat.  Yuk!

The price seems to vary between £45 -£85 for this M &S crown.

^ It sure can be a killer especially this time of year with all the pre cooked party food, ready meals you can buy. Never touch the stuff.

16.52  £155 !!!
