Baileys over ice usually but have had it poured over vanilla ice cream - lush.

Very nearly as yummy but much cheaper is the Aldi versions of the above.

Keep it in the fridge once it's been opened.

Muller rice don't don't do it, but I do. A little drop on my rice pudding. Also, mix a drop with ice cream, it's cheaper than buying Bailey's ice cream and grate a little chocolate on the top.

Yes, a coffee in your Bailey's is better than a Bailey's in your coffee. Just be careful ... it's a bit of a speedball.

That said, a small tot is nice in a double espresso.
