This may sound like a silly question but do you only eat two bowels of cereal a day for two weeks and nothing else or do you eat other meals as well?

Haven't checked it out so I can't give a definitive answer, but I'm sure you're meant to replace a cooked breakfast with the cereal, and perhaps another meal too. Forget any idea of living on cereal alone for two weeks. Even if it meant you lost weight, or 'dropped a jeans size' it wouldn't be healthy, and you're health is far more important than being an inch or two slimmer.
You ahve the cereal as normal for breakfast and then replace one other meal during the day with a further bowl.
you also replace usual snacks (up to two a day) with the special k bars. you still eat 3 meals a day, but lunch or dinner will be cereal.
A very clever advertising campaign which will boost Kellogg's sales - that's what it's for, nothing else.
Just had a very quick look at the Kellogg's website. Special K contains twice the amount of sugar than Cornflakes although both contain the same number of calories per 100g.
yes it did sound silly next!
And what happens when the sugar goes into your body? If it isn't used for energy, i.e. excercise, then it turns to fat, a common con with fat free/less fat ready meals. And its refined. Don't do it!!!
