Cooking Everyday

Does anyone believe you should have to cook a meal everyday, I am getting fed up of, trying to decide what to cook, does anyone just have, soup or beans on toast for a main meal.

I only eat one meal a day. We hve 4 freezers with batch cooked meals of all sorts including soups so if we don't cook fresh on the day we will never starve. All documented and dated so the meals don't get 'freezer burn'
