I have frozen Pork & Beef sausages & a pack of batter mix, do I literally just make up the batter mix, put the sausages in it and put it in the oven? Seems a bit too simple!
I suggest you defrost the sausages first.You can put it all in together but you need to have a dish with hot oil in before you add batter/sausages to it.It should sizzle as you add to hot oil.I always chop my sausage into chunks before adding.Haven't made that for ages,feeling hungry now! Hope you enjoy your meal.
