Frozen Tesco Vindaloo Curry & Rice

I was going to put said frozen curry in oven but just read it needs to be defrosted. Not sure now. What would you do?

Put it in the fridge for tomorrow and go to the chippy.

If you have a microwave you could have used the defrost setting

Similar to what I've had in the past except being a wimp mine was Chicken Madras... (with Rice) cook from frozen in the microwave but that's assuming you have one Patsy.

If you've bought the chilled product though, and then frozen it at home, the instructions say "Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge":

I always ignore that though and defrost it in my microwave oven, periodically poking it with a fork until I'm sure that it's no longer frozen.  Then I follow the 'from chilled' cooking instructions.

Yes, that's tge one Buen. It says to defrost for 12 hours in fridge. It's not for me, it's for my husband! 😁
