Proper milk, oat milk isn't milk

Real milk...far more nutritious. And some oat milks/drinks have added oils and preservatives.

I barely have any milk, only in a cup of tea and sometimes in cooking.  I read  an article yesterday (sorry can't remember where) that said people are now abandoning non dairy milks and spreads along with other ultra processed foods

Full fat cows' milk, always

Oat milk

But I prefer almond milk

It's bad enough having to buy semi-skimmed milk to keep my doctor happy.  (I much prefer the full-fat version).  The thought of paying vastly more for an inferior product (such as one made from oats) simply doesn't appeal to me!

Almond milk isn't milk DDIL

Milk of Magnesia isn't bad, but my favourite is Milk of Human Kindness.

I don't buy substitute anything.

Natural. Usually from cows, but goats and sheep are possible.

The oat is not a mammal so has no milk.

Full fat cows milk, always.

coconut milk is also very tasty in coffee

Coconut milk is Great for making porridge.

Real milk. I think the alternative is vile

Natural milk.  I did try the oatmilk once but hated it.

Yes Sharon and custard

Cows milk. Usually half fat with tea & full fat with coffee. Don't like the alternatives.

Substitute - doctor's orders.
