But yeah. Shouldn't be a consideration.

If UK law is preventing legitimate deportations it needs changing pronto. If it is external courts/agreements that are the problem then we need to disengage just as fast.

Hopefully it will be overturned & he will be deported (but maybe there will be ECHR interference & the case will drag on interminably).

Not just this case though is it.

Seems reasonable and clearly a lot of the USA thing so too.

The problem is things have swung too far under the far left across the West, just hope they swing back to a happy medium and dont shoot too far the other way.
