Gordon Ramsay's Salmon encroute

I am looking for the recipe for Gordon' s salmon encroute that he cooked on the F Word. It was two sides of salmon with something in the middle? Please help as I wish to try it out?

It's not uncommon, of course, for a TV chef to 'borrow' a recipe from one of his rivals. I didn't see the programme you refer to but I can't help wondering whether Gordon Ramsay might not have come up with 'his' recipe after watching Rick Stein's programme:
