Has the Anti-GM campaigns of large UK food retailers affect the local corner shop food seller?

This is only an anecdotal answer but my local village shop sells milk which has "No GM" labels all over it. So this is an example of the smaller retailer making capital out of the campaigns run by its larger rivals and benefitting from it.
