Dude, I'm all about the scotch eggs! and I'm glad someone else is. Do you prefer Deli ones or pre-packaged ones?

I have even made my own. If you ever fancy making your own scotch eggs I highly recommend it. It'll be a lot fresher and theres no gap between the egg and the meat! Just hard boil a few eggs, wrap them in sausage meat and breadcrumbs and deep fry em' Fantastic!
