I received a much wanted food processor for Christmas but haven't even used it yet, anyone know of any good recipe books to get the best out of it? I don't want to do just soups and sauces. It has all the gadgets for dough kneading etc and has a separate blender and mini chopper if that makes a difference.

'Mary Berrys Processor Cookbook' is good - she has years of experience in food writing, and her recipes are pretty easy to follow - and try Amazon, and just put in food processor as a search in books for other titles.

The cookery section in a local bookshop will have a few as well that you can look at before buying. Worth investigating to get the best for your machine.

Thanks, I'll check Mary Berry's out - I did have a look on Amazon and The Food Processor Bible has some good reviews. Think I will pop down to a bookshop and see what is most appropriate, cheers.

Glad to help.

Make us all a couple of cakes by the way and post them round when done!!
