Should say I thought mutton was the only authentic meat for rogan josh, but use whatever takes your fancy.
Degi mirch, as I'm sure you know, is a strong red pepper, so use paprika if degi mirch not in your storecupboard or buy online/from local Asian store.
Make a spare one for the ABers too!
