HI everyone, can anyone tell me a god book / website for ' one-pot' recipes - ie. short prep time, chuck it all in and let it cook?

Lindsay (sp?) Bareham - 'Just One Pot'. It was out over a year ago; you might still find it.

Website: http://www.thefoody.com/recipes.html and choose ingredient - meat, poultry etc and choose a recipe, or try: http://www.recipelink.com/ and put 'one pot' into the search. Also just google 'crock pot' and you'll get a lot off that.
