Help! I'm confused - on the back of an 100g pack, it says that 100g give you 174 kcal etc, but it also says that 1/2 pack serving (which you'd think was 50g) is 261 kcal... how is that possible!

It's something to do with the cooked v uncooked weights, plus the contents of the sachet, i think.
Also look at the saturated fat content, they can be high those types of things
