Hi everyone!

Is there anyone that could tell me the difference between a burrito and a fajita please? (They look pretty much the same to me).

Thanks in advance

I have an idea that you fry a burrito, but not a fajita. Well, my sister does, anyway!
Perhaps it's a cultural difference, but here in the U.S., especially in the south west Tex-Mex tradition, burritos and fajitas are entirely different. Burritos are tortillas (usually masa harina) filled with meat and/or beans, while fajitas are (if ordered in a restaurant) delivered with all the various fillings (meat, lettuce, tomatoes, picadilla, etc.) on a platter along with the tortillas, which one uses to construct their own fajita. It does look somewhat like a burrito when completed. A deep-fried burrito here would be a Chimichanga... (Now I'm hungry... thanks a lot!)...
