Whole Duckling

In a moment of supermarket madness I bought a whole duckling only to realise when back home that I have no idea what to do with it or serve with it. I'd be most grateful for any help with recipes or ideas.

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.I love duck and normally just prick it all over, rub salt in and roast in the oven on a rack. You may have to drain the fat off half way.
Then I sereve it with the usual Sunday roast accompaniments and a thin gravy.
If it is not too big and to serve only two, I cut it in half after cooking and serve it like that.
