I am making one of my favourite dishes for friends on Saturday - Tunisian ( or maybe Morroccan) chicken. How authentic it is, i've no idea as I've never been! It's chicken with chilli, lemon, honey, prunes etc with couscous. Anyway I thought i would continue the theme throughout the meal. I've found a lovely "turkish delight figs" pudding from Nigella that sounds nice, but I'm really stuck on a starter. Has anyone any ideas?
