I don't think that's answer... on the face of it, judging by the number of questions there, most Q&Pers don't know what it is.

You just go along to your green grocer's and buy some apricots, peaches, cherries and prunes!! if I were you I'd wait for the summer, they're too expensive and aren't picked ripe in winter.
