anyone know how to get the AUTHENTIC taste,you get with spare ribs that you get from the take-away?

Not in sauce but dry..oil maybe?? deep fried??, ...many thanks

Marinade in hoisin sauce then roast, the sauce evaporates and you get that yummy stickiness!
